Frequently Asked Questions and BBF Policies
When you book an appointment with Beauty by Felicia, you are agreeing to all BBF policies. It is your responsibility to read all info prior to booking.
Can I arrive early to my appointment?
I am a solo practitioner, and at times work alone. I do lock doors in between guests, however, I WILL unlock the doors at the time of your scheduled appointment.
What if I'm late to my appointment?
I allow a 10 minute grace period for appointments, but I usually have clients back to back and will not allow lateness of more than 10 minutes. If you are late, we will need to reschedule and you will be charged for same day cancellation.
What is your cancellation policy?
I require a MINIMUM of 24 hour notice in advance to reschedule. If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance of your appointment, you will be required to pay for the entire scheduled appointment.
Can I bring my children or a guest?
I provide my clients with my undivided attention, and require that you bring no guests or children to your appointment.
What is your refund policy?
We provide no refunds for services rendered or products used/ sold.
What if I need to reschedule a training or class?
For students with a scheduled class or training, you need to provide no less than 72 hours notice in the event you need to reschedule. If you reschedule with 72 hours or less, you will be required to pay an extra fee for the new date.
