Beauty by Felicia Policies & Procedures

When you book an appointment with Beauty by Felicia, you are agreeing to all BBF policies. It is your responsibility to read all info prior to booking. 

1. Arrival

Please note, I am a solo practitioner and at times I work alone.  I do lock door in between guests, but will unlock at time of your scheduled appointment.

2. Tardiness

I do allow a 10 min grace period for all appointments. If later than 10 minutes, rescheduling will be required, and you would be charged for a same day cancelation. 

3. Cancellations

A minimum 24 hour notice is required to reschedule. If you cancel with less than 24 hours until your appointment, you will be required to pay for the full scheduled appointment.

4. Children & Guests

I provide each client with my undivided attention, and due to this I require NO extra guests at the time of your appointment.

5. Refunds

No refunds will be provided for products or services rendered.

6. Students

If you have a scheduled class time, and need to reschedule with less than 72 hours notice, you will be required to pay an extra fee for the new date.
